Wonderful Day!

Mason celebrated his 21st birthday yesterday. We had a wonderful time! I actually baked a homemade raspberry pie which turned out to be rather yummy :-)
Al & I road down to McAvoy's to pick up steamed crabs and brought them back to the house. Michael, Zada, Mason & Jenna joined us for some of the best crabs we have ever eaten .... big and fat! Great job McAvoy's!!
Looking forward to my appointment at Good Samaritan Hospital on Thursday. I received some information about the JointExperience at Good Samaritan .... it looks very promising.
I will have more to share after Thursday ...

  2. Oh Kim, I am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis for you! What a bummer! I can imagine you are waiting very impatiently for what the specialist says at your appt on the 1st.
One thing I have observed about you these past 3 years however, is that you have a strong faith in God, and you know that He definitely answers prayer. You are also very healthy overall, and that should help your recovery immensely if any surgery is needed. I will definitely be praying for you... and truly, if I can help you do anything at all... please let me know. If you need help at school getting ready for the year b/c you can't lift boxes yet or anything, just give me a call, or email me. :) Love you Kim!

  3. Pam, thank you, miss you, and love you too.
Sue, not sure how you found me but glad you did! Yes, Thursday can not get here fast enough. My wonderful building supervisor got my office cleaned first thing and I was able to move some of my things back in place ... slowly but surely! Hopefully I won't have to be moving any boxes :=)
Your offer was very nice ... maybe we can find a different way to get together over the break.
